Great location, lovely staff.

Amazing staff, very helpful and extremely nice. Great location, clean nice pool area,nice and clean rooms, gorgeous views.

Not much fresh vegetables available for breakfast which is disappointing in a country like Spain and somebody that is not a fan of English breakfast or sweets. If you're looking for a more quiet holiday this hotel is not for you as in the morning the pool area is like a war zone where people are putting towels on sunbeds just to reserve a spot and then they are gone for half a day and you can't even enjoy the pool as everything is taken.

Great Choice of food, freshly made. Outdoor pool was very cold but very refreshing on the hot day.

Great proximity to the beach and super close to Malaga airport.

1. The staff were very helpful and friendly. All the staff were able to speak English, which was very helpful. 2. We requested two rooms alongside each other, as well a kettle in the room, and they were able to meet this request. 3. The children's pool was in good proximity to our rooms.

1. When making the reservation, Booking.com indicated that they would pay for the taxi from the airport. When I tried to follow-up on this, it was impossible to contact Booking.com. VERY frustrating. Not to be trusted. 2. The hotel email/message contact button on the Booking.com web site did not work, and I had to eventually phone the hotel. The hotel was very helpful when I spoke to them on the phone. 3. The veneer on the skirting boards in the rooms was peeling off and it looked scruffy. 4. Ideally need some draw space in the rooms. 5. The children's "water park" was not functional at the time of our visit. 6. The food truck at the children's pool / entertainment area was not open, and it was time consuming to arrange snacks for the pool area.

Definitely it is not a 4 star hotel. It is a good, but overpriced 3 star hotel.

The hotel has a direct beach and town access which is amazing. Beautiful views during the meals from the restaurant. It has a spa. Free deposit box, free internet. There are 3 or 4 swimming pools and a children's play area, two children's pools. It offers a photo service- of course, they don't say prices but, ok. The taxi service to the airport is good and convenient.

Well, the breakfast and dinner were almost all the same each day on day 5 I wanted to go home. The Internet wasn't good enough so I was glad I could use my own mobile internet for work purposes. The tiles in the children's swimming pool are all black- if you go to the main pool most of the tiles are clean. The area around the swimming pools is not clean enough. The staff cleans/scrubs the ground early in the morning and dirt can get to the swimming pool after it was ( I hope it was filtered) during the night. The sun beds are disgustingly dirty and "reserved" by smart guests who do not appear most of the day. Toilets are disgustingly dirty and flooding. Guests without kids come to chill near the children's swimming pool and smoking there. Disgusting! No signs of non-smoking. Staff- some people were nice- but most of them were not. We had to chase the cleaning lady every day because she gave us only two sets of towels while we were 4 people ( two kids needed towels as well). The entertainment during the day was good- I liked the pool disco during the day. The night was boring- as staff spoke Spanish most of the time during the kid's entertainment and we couldn't understand. No kettle in the room and there were gaps in the floor between tiles. No mini bar or water in the room.

Good family hotel.

Good layout of pools with a quieter pool at the front of the hotel. Lots of facilities within the hotel. Helpful, friendly staff.

Some of the dinner services were horrendously busy. Queuing quite some time for hot food.

Good location, but I wouldn't stay again.

The location to the beach. Just a walk across the road.

The reception area and buffet are chaotic. Constants queues at the reception, with only 2 members of staff facilitating coach loads of new passengers. Meaning, a 30 min wait for existing guests, such as trying to order a taxi. The buffet was completely manic. Constant clattering of cutlery, people bumping into each other. Overall, not a relaxing experience. I upgraded to a larger room online, and when I checked in, the room was no bigger than the normal standard room. I challenged this with the reception, and they were completely dismissive.

Rooms are very outdated - worse than in pictures Hard to find sun bed available - people hold them with towels and the staff does not control this Expensive hotel parking We paid around 900 euros for 4 nights standard twin room full board (not all inclusive) and found it expensive given the outdated rooms and overall level of comfort

Nice hotel with good facilities

We enjoyed the variety of food, particularly the lunch. The rooms were clean. Staff are very friendly. The pool area and outdoor seating is nice.

The cutlery and plates weren’t always clean and the restaurant sometimes seemed too busy. Avoid using the vending machines with contactless, they did not dispense anything but took money out my account.
